Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Express options are available at checkout, and all orders are tracked for your peace of mind.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?

Yes, all ICE Jewellery comes with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage or general wear and tear.
